Please note that these general terms and conditions apply to all accommodation, seminar, and event contracts concluded with Hotel Metropol. These terms and conditions are a contract component of the order for events awarded to Hotel Metropol by the organiser. Contrary conditions do not apply. The organiser accepts and submits to the conditions and all relevant trade law regulations, and accepts, by placing the order, liability for adherence to these, as well as for costs incurred and cancellation fees.
